The Ribeye comes from the rib section on the cow and is by far one of the most popular cuts; well known for its rich flavor and tenderness as it comes from the lightly worked upper rib cage area. What sets Gray Cattle Company's Gold American Wagyu Ribeye apart from the rest is that it's packed full of marbling for a very pleasant rich in flavor steak that will make it an unforgettable dining experience!

 

The recommended ways of cooking this steak are on the stovetop with a cast iron skillet or on the grill. If your preferred method is on the grill, be careful to not let the direct flames hit the steak because this could burn it or cause a fire! Go ahead and order yours while you still can as these will sell out quickly!

 

These steaks are available in SILVER or GOLD label and soon to be GCC RESERVE which will be our 100% fullblood wagyu beef packed with more marbling than our GOLD grade!
