I am afraid to write this review, once word gets out how delicious Gray’s beef bacon is the demand will skyrocket and I lose my supplier! It IS Bacon and we all know how wonderful it is to wake up to the smell of bacon. But this is meatier and not “slimy” and tough as pork bacon. I am intermittent faster and beef bacon wrapped in lettuce with mayo, tomatoes, and avocados is my favorite way to break a fast at lunchtime. ❤️❤️❤️
