Wagyu Minute Steaks | GOLD

Minute steaks are thinly cut and pounded pieces of beef, usually cut from the sirloin or round steak. Being so thin, they cook quite quickly, and thus their name. Tenderized Minute Steaks are a very versatile cut, but are probably most well known (and loved) when turned into a delicious, homemade Country Fried Steak.  If you're looking to switch things up from a traditional hamburger, or maybe want to fry up a regular minute steak for a little bit of texture, then this cut is for you!
