Delmonico Steak
The Delmonico Steak came about from New York in the mid-19th Century. This steak comes from the chuck portion of the cow, fairly close to the ribeye, and is known to be very good and comparable to a ribeye. These steaks weigh an average of 10 oz. If you're on a budget but still want a very good steak, be sure to add a couple of these in your cart!
These steaks are all silver and gold label, which is 10-15% IMF for Silver grade (Equivalent to higher than USDA Prime) and 16-24% IMF for Gold grade (excedes or doubles marbling found in USDA Prime). That's a better score than you will find in most upscale steakhouses or grocery stores in the central USA!!
