The Filet Mignon is one of the most tender, sought after cuts in the beef world. These tips are very tender and coming from our Wagyu cattle they are much more marbled than traditional beef. The Best methods of cooking are the same as traditional steaks or making some of the best steak tips out there. Just note that they usually cook faster and it is thereby recommend to use a temperature gauge while cooking and pull them at 125 degrees internal temp for best flavor. This cut is good for the grill or the cast iron skillet.
