The Gray Cattle Company Tomahawk Ribeye is a very extraordinary cut to add to your list. Weighing in at an average whopping 2.5 pounds apiece with a full rib bone! This cut is a showstopper for sure and perfect if you want that amazing bone in flavor or you’re just looking to go full caveman and tear into your steak using the rib bone as a nice handle! Being Gold grade this cut I will be 16-24% imf (inner muscular fat) meaning it grades almost twice high as USDA Prime.
