The Ribeye comes from the rib section on the cow and is by far one of the most popular cuts; well known for its rich flavor and tenderness as it comes from the lightly worked upper rib cage area. Its marbling of fat makes it very good for fast and hot cooking. This is by far one of the most requested steaks on the menu, so be sure to order plenty!
