Flank Steak

Flank steak comes from the rear muscles of the cow, located just behind the plate and in front of the rear quarter. It is long, flat, and grainy but with these particular steaks coming from our Wagyu you will find them to be a lot juicier and flavorful than your typical Flank steak. This is a very versatile cut and can be prepared in many ways whether you’re making fajitas or tacos or just looking for another steak option the possibilities are endless! Remember to cut across the grain to help ensure it isn't as chewy!
