Orders are typically ready for pickup 14-20 days after initial processing date. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
 
Price is calculated from hanging weight. Final price estimates DO NOT include processing/cut & wrap fee. In addition to purchasing our beef there is an approximate $1 per lb charge for processing/cut & wrap fee from the processor. This fee will be paid directly to the processor when you pick up your order. This beef will be processed at Holton Meat Processing on May 16th  located in Holton, Kansas.
