- 2 Arm Roasts
- 6-8 packages of Cubed Steak
- 2-3 packages of Stew Meat
- 4 Top Sirloin Steaks
- 8 KC Strip Steaks
- 8 Ribeye Steaks
- 4 Filet Mignon Steaks
- Small Brisket portion (or sub it for something else of equal value, depending on brisket availability)
